Tech Ridge is a transformative mixed-use destination rising on the former airport site atop a mesa in St. George, Utah, commanding sweeping views of the surrounding red rock mountains and nearby national parks.
Dwell Design Studio led the master planning of multiple districts across TechRidge, shaping a cohesive vision that unfolds from south to north. The southern edge is anchored by resort hospitality, designed to elevate the site’s natural setting. At the heart of the mesa, a vibrant mixed-use district blends office, retail, restaurants, entertainment, and residential into an active, walkable core. To the north, additional residential neighborhoods, existing office, hospitality offerings, and an event park complete the community framework. Each district was intentionally crafted as a distinct yet connected experience - creating energy at every scale and establishing TechRidge as a true regional draw. The plan balances destination appeal with livability, weaving together commerce, culture, recreation, and everyday life.
We are currently advancing Phase I: a mixed-use residential and retail building that sets the architectural tone for the broader vision. In addition to master planning, Dwell Design Studio leads a world-class consultant team spanning branding, site graphics, landscape, hardscape, lighting, and architectural standards - ensuring a cohesive identity and elevated experience throughout the development.
