Arsenal 201 Phase II

Lawrenceville, PA

Arsenal 201 builds on Pennsylvania history—literally. Set on the grounds of the former Allegheny Arsenal, this 343-unit community brings new life to one of Lawrenceville’s most storied sites by trading cannonballs and gunpowder for modern amenities. The four-story building wraps around a central courtyard and pool, with open-air walkways and amenity spaces that look out onto the neighborhood instead of turning away from it. The architecture leans into the site’s industrial past without getting stuck there. Brick piers, warehouse-style windows, and dark metal details echo the rhythm of nearby mills and armories, while lighter materials and generous glazing soften the massing. Ground floor lounges, a maker’s space, and a shaded patio stitch together indoor and outdoor life. Inside, apartments range from studio to three-bedrooms units, each designed with clean lines, honest finishes, and plenty of daylight. It’s a quiet reinvention of place, one that respects where it started and welcomes what’s next.
