Our Senior Living client thought so… and asked us to come up with a retirement Campus that included an Independent Living apartment building (IL) and an Assisted Living (AL) building that includes Memory Care (MC). It took careful planning of the two buildings flanking a central Boulevard that terminated in a spectacular view of Tampa Bay.
