Opening in 2026, Verve is a five-story, 626-bed Student Housing community designed for University of Central Florida students. Its centerpiece is a pair of contrasting courtyards, one vibrant, one serene, linked by an activity breezeway that fosters connection. Amenities include study spaces, a content studio, fitness center, resort-style pool, and dog run. The interior blends modern design with subtle references to aerospace, science, and nature, drawing inspiration from UCF’s identity, the nearby Arboretum, and its location at Alafaya Trail and Science Drive to evoke innovation, exploration, and a strong sense of place.
