Talk about retail renovation on a grand scale! We're not sure that anyone had ever walked from one end to the next in this 1/4 mile long facade, but they will now. This facade reno project took the largest open-air shopping center in Louisiana (and one of the highest performing regional shopping centers in the US) to a new level of success. Keeping the existing bones largely intact, a combination of selectively applied accents, creative signage opportunities, and dramatic sidewalk & landscape improvements breathed fresh life into this popular South Louisiana complex. The mark of success....the shoppers love the changes!
