Bringing a new twist to the Old Market neighborhood in Nebraska, The Mercantile is the first phase of a city-defining mixed-use redevelopment. With contextualism at the forefront, our approach was to bridge the Old Market neighbor and the new commercial/hotel waterfront complex. We embraced and activated the pedestrian street edge with shopping, amenities and commercial office space.
