Backing away from the street, it hugs the shoreline of the private pond providing scenic views for the residents. The head house encompasses the resort-style amenities, with multilevel indoor and outdoor club spaces overlooking the pool courtyard. To complete the scene the buildings take cues from traditional island architecture of the West Indies, with white stucco and dark stained wood accents.
