There was a knock at the door of Jay Reed’s Gumshoe Detective Agency in midtown Tampa, just above a pawnbroker and dry cleaners. “Too early for clients, way too early! I better keep my wits about me." Jay cautiously opened the door but was surprised to see a gathering of a dozen of Tampa’s top Multifamily developers.
Their leader stepped forward, “Reed, you got to help us! We are losing all our tenants to Crescent Communities' new Independence Park... we're finished!"
