Rising at the intersection of Mint Street and Morehead Street in Charlotte, Mint & Morehead brings a fresh, modern vibe to the skyline. The 640,000-square-foot, 17-story tower pairs a five-story podium with 12 levels of residences above, creating a clean, confident design that feels grounded but still elevated. Inside, 393 one- and two-bedroom apartments are designed for easy, connected city living.
With over 12,000 square feet of amenities, there is plenty to enjoy without leaving home. An elevated courtyard and pool deck offer a laid-back escape, while the 17th-floor sky lounge delivers standout views of downtown. A two-story clubhouse, coworking spaces, fitness center, and spa with steam room and sauna round things out. Developed for Aspen Heights Partners, Mint & Morehead keeps things simple, stylish, and sophisticated.
