Drawn on the back of a flat-panel hardwood door, Avalon has set the bar for mixed-use communities in the United States. Resurrected from the ashes of a failed development, Avalon represented new beginnings, not only for Alpharetta but for Dwell Design Studio. Our largest project to date at the time, we had no choice but to kill it on this one. Using all of our combined experience and years of research we helped create THE go-to destination in North Atlanta. Avalon's success would suggest we did indeed kill this one!
