Exterior renovation of an existing 102,888sf neighborhood shopping center that transformed a dated retail strip mall into an inviting, walkable, vibrant center with a variety of tenant types.
The masonry exterior brick was painted, and new architectural cornice lines were added, providing a clean, classic, upscale expression. Additionally, new fabric and metal awnings, wood trellises, louvers, and the existing arcade provide a covered walk from one end of the center to the next, making ConneXion an inviting location to shop.
